There’s also a lovely summer terrace, perfect for enjoying your meal in the open air. Be aware — this place is popular, and for good reason. It’s often busy, so a bit of waiting is worth it. A quick note: the opening hours online didn’t match reality. It was written that the osteria closes for a midday break, but when we arrived, it was actually open. So best to just drop by or call ahead. One dish you must try is the traditional “orecchiette con cime di rapa e acciughe” — the iconic pasta of Puglia, made with turnip greens and anchovies. It’s simple, bold, and full of regional flavor — a true taste of the South.
